ICAN stared with 250,000 when they bought it off prime(owner Richard Astrom)and gave 2 divy's and a gagged T/A which ended up with 18 Billion shares outstanding ,even when the CEO Edward L Hayter said theres was only 1.3 billion shares O/S only to ungag th T/ A to find out there was 18 billion plus out there,this after Pr-ing he was buying back millions of shares ahhahah while he dump on everyone then the reverse split came ,and a repeat of the first scam ,happened again ! dump billions while given divy' and claiming no selling of shares and again destroyed us investors.

Now PRSU Watch and learn how this pig will get run into the ground.Billions of shares will be sold and youll be left holding the bag and then they will reverse it and repeat like they did 4 times already!!

The only reason the price rose today was Ed Hayter was buying it up with the Astrom family and Fotis Georgiadis and Burgess they all kick in a few bucks( cuase they have millions of dollars they stole from us investors)and drive it up.Then pump it on these boards then the blind investor comes in thinking its going,the Cheats then bail and then they dump on you!
