ibztBeliever.... just call the TA (Transfer Agent). The O/S is growing big time due to the CD (convertible debentures). IBZT management apparently has NO control over it. They have saddled themselves with that debt financing in the past and now is D Day. I called management last week and they are perplexed by this unraveling of O/S. If you ask me they only have one option... an R/S.
As I recall the O/S increased by 30-50M in 1 day alone last Friday. Ugly stuff. 2 Billion is ugly by itself.
The IBZT longs will by scorched by this IMO! It's too bad! Because the VKB is one cool product!!! I would buy it myself!
