I talked a few days ago about the "charting" channel formation, and the break-out that would happen if it got to the hard bottom of .052. Well, I'm sorry, I really thought the break-out would go the other way. The good news, I hope, is that the formation should be complete at .039, and then level off, or with ANY news should head back upwards. All this is just my opinion.
I agree that at these price levels, it becomes very enticing to buy more shares, especially when you still hold tons of shares at much higher prices and the idea of averaging down seems so logical. However, averaging down is not the way to go unless there is verified positive changes in the business prospects for the company. Averaging up usually works well. If the stock starts to take off, I'll average up.
