Dennis Fisher is the name of the editor/writer for Forbes Magazine that wrote the Kissy Kat article about USSE, Rivera and Stanton.

However, e-diesel at 15% ethanol with 84% diesel plus a 1% additive to facilitate blending is already being produced and tested in the US, Canada and Europe. I haven't looked hard enough to say whether or not biodiesel is or can be part of that blend.
