i hate to agree, but, i will be furious if mgmt tries to award a newly defined bonus if they fail miserably at the existing one...

(mgmt should refund prior bonuses, imo)

The longer they wait to get the license, the more doubt it create about the ability of IDCC to license.

news is it seems the "Big Boys" are holding, sure would be a blood bath if institutions lost faith and were selling.
