Gtel doesn't have a jv with mexico.
If he put the deal together with mexico he lied theirs no deal with gtel and mexico. Show me 1 contract were it states gtel. Good luck!

Joe Monterosso? Isn't he the guy fired for what we believe to be the overstatement of Centerline financials? Very credible, Vern. You are so quick to jump to the negatives that are confirmed by someone who lacks credibility.

Did you forget the following:

Additional Funding Provided to GlobeTel Communications
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets: GTEM) announced that as of today, it has received $750,000 in additional funds from existing investors through the exercise of warrants issued in conjunction with a private placement of the Company's Common stock in August 2005. Full exercise of all warrants issued in conjunction with this round of funding would generate $900,000 in proceeds for the Company. The exercise price of the warrants had been adjusted from their original exercise price.

Have you forgotten the authorization of another 150MM shares of Globetel Stock at the shareholder meeting? A lot of people are fighting very hard for a company that seems to be in such a mess yet if the technology is worth billions dont you think the extra shares of stock can and will be used to defend itself from some very questionable characters who let Globetel down in the first place.

Vern, you want so badly to believe this negative information that you are not thinking squarely. Why is it that employees no longer with the company, that produced nothing tangible in terms of results even though being paid a salary, employees that held Globetel generate SEC scrutiny due to their efforts are more credible to you than the actual SEC required PR's regarding the sale of the additional shares of company stock that was used for funding?

Odd this:

"No, in respect to being repaid. I have recieved the bulk of my money back in exchange for the 83 radios but I have not received the balance owing to me by the company. My friend in Mexico has not been repaid."

Now, why would Joe M. be supplying the 83 HotZone radios to GlobeTel we know were delivered to the Mexican JV? So what about Uli? Has he delivered any HotZone units to GlobeTel pursuant to the "Agreement"?

"I then forwarded that email to Joe Monterosso"...

In your other recent posts you say common shareholders will need Walmart tissues by the end of July.

Does Joe Monterosso et al still intend to wipeout shareholders by filing involuntary bankruptcy? #79512

>>There is only one employee left who was intimately involved of all aspects of the company's business now in dispute and specifically all of the SEC matters: Jon Leinwand.

I have always speculated that JohnnyL has been the ringleader of this show. When Leinwand goes, so shall the circus. Will I be proven right? Only time will tell, although with all the recent activity I suspect we will know sooner rather than later.
