It's according to the agreement signed by Peter Khoury representing Globetel and Uli Altvater representing Trimax. It was provided in response to your inaccurate claim that there was no provisions for defaulting the agreement after two missed payments.
The data in the Timeline dates I created in the post comes from both the Trimax letter and the Globetel PR machine.
As to being fed the info, I requested it from Trimax because I prefer to hear both sides of a story and not just what you and others are fed from Globetel IR.

Totally false. When Uli stepped down as president of GlobeTel Wireless (a happy day for all of us), we closed up that Naples office. We didn't have anything in Naples after that. Uli brought our equipment to his new Trimax facility. Vern is just flat out lying now.

You hereby are notified that you are indebted to me in the sum of $31,284.92 for the rent, common area maintenance and use of the premises located at 2675 Horseshoe Drive South, Units 401 and 402, Naples, Florida 34104, now occupied by you. That rent was due on November 1, 2006, December 1, 2006, January 1, 2007, as the rent and maintenance and sales tax due for said months, and I demand payment of the rent of possession of the premises within three days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) from the date of delivery of this notice, specifically, on or before Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.
