seems more like these guys have a vendetta against GTEM, seem to be resorting to any means. why GTEM let uli have anything to do with the new ventures is beyond me.
Let's see if I have this right, Larry Lynch reported the 175,000 to Uli was not a loan in the company financials which are now being restated as a result of what Larry Lynch submitted on behalf of the company and is now part of the suit against Globetel? This is beyond funny and borders on fraud, fraud perpetuated by the former CFO and that will destroy any claim Uli has against Globetel.
