Why do you think most suppose that Sulja insider’s like Petar and Steve are not imprisoned and the company not shutdown?
That's a great question. Why the delays? How many laws do they have to break before they send the crooks to jail and stop this worthless shell from trading?
Finao, nice multiple choice question. The obvious answer is D. Sulja, although rather silent these days, is speaking with action. The expansion to Calgary is a VERY POWERFUL message. This company is on the pad and has begun the ignition phase.
Why do you think most suppose that Sulja insider’s like Petar and Steve are not imprisoned and the company not shutdown?
1. Because the Ontario Securities Commission does not have the judicial power to imprison anyone.
2. Because the Ontario Securities Commission does not have the power to shut down the company (not beyond driving it into bankruptcy through fines and/or disgorgement) and since it is a US-registered public corporation, among other reasons.
3. In the case of Steve Sulja, he was not even named as a respondent in the OSC Complaint.
Three pretty good reasons, and perhaps the ONLY reasons.
The Answer is E - The wheels of justice grind slowly at best. Just look at how long it is taking the SEC to take down and stop Altofraud and USXP.
Altofraud is continuing to spew his lies and deceit even in the face of convictions an pending prison time.
Next to many investigations, SLJB has happened quite quickly.
That being said, I am more than confident that there was fraud committed here and that the OSC/RCMP/SEC/DOJ will eventually make those responsible pay for their crimes
