Why do you think most suppose that Sulja insider’s like Petar and Steve are not imprisoned and the company not shutdown?

1. Because the Ontario Securities Commission does not have
the judicial power to imprison anyone.

2. Because the Ontario Securities Commission does not have
the power to shut down the company (not beyond driving
it into bankruptcy through fines and/or
disgorgement) and since it is a US-registered public
corporation, among other reasons.

3. In the case of Steve Sulja, he was not even named as a
respondent in the OSC Complaint.

Three pretty good reasons, and perhaps the ONLY reasons.
