R/S - I predict it will happen in the next 4 months and possibly you'll see Roger sell the shell to someone within 6-12 months and back out the assets of this company into another shell. Kind of like how the original Calbay was done.
I most heartily agree with this logic. I would be very surprised to see a r/s. I think Rog has enough sense to know that a r/s would bring the stock price down very rapidly, and it would be right back sub-penny in no time at all. The net effect would be devastating He could gain much more by pumping the stock with a series of PRs and smoke screens.
