I agree with warp, no one is attempting to drill anything, the guy standing is watching and could have been working flat out for hours just previous to the picture, the guy kneeling may be visually checking allignment for the picture. A staged or not picture in an instant of time not known gives almost 0 representation of what is going on there. It also gives me no evidence of the workers character and most certainly nothing there that would make me fire anyone.
