Yes, but even after Bootes & Darrah agreed to part ways by Bootes on 5/29 agreeing to return the shares Bootes was releasing the CMM LOI news 10 days later??

Makes no sense to me that HMIT & Darrah/Veronica had no accountability at that point.

JMS: You r a funny guy. What are you going to do when Darah issues a retraction and has his feet held tot he fire?? Regarding the gold deal as has been stated thats a long long process to e ver realize anything. If you are so knowledgeable, what was the deal between DMGI and HMIT???? What was the cash? The stock? control??? Please answer this!The phones are ringing off the hook and parties are finding out just how broad scoped and deep this manipulation goes and it extends well past those parties mentioned here. Not one person on this board has mentioned the parties that had a hand in all this devastation for gain.

you mean to tell me the management didn't notice and did nothing about it?

John Darrah was involved with the profiting of selling shares as well....

this will be investigated with a fine tooth comb. They have just admitted securities fraud in that PR..

First of all Bootes had 56 million real shares to sell, and the money from that is probably in some offshore account right now, imo.

Sorry but I'm not falling for that. If the PR's Bootes put out weeks ago were fake then WHY didn't Darrah immedietley let shareholders know? No way, not going to fall for that. IMO this new PR is just as bad as the ones in the past, all BS.
