Press released by Bootes was fake! Yesterdays press clearly stated that Bootes was not authorized to release any press by the board of directors! The majority of press about any of the references to the coal property was put out by Bootes! Ther's only a minority of press released by John Darrah! The press by Darrah is the legitemate press releases! The press released by Bootes was to fool all investers so him & the brokerage firm could dump phantom shares into the market! If you look at the volume after the first announcement of the proposal by Consolidated Mining and the share canceling, and the letter of intent signed by both parties there's over a 120 million shares traded. All that money from that is going to have to be put back into the market cap of this stock! Think about how much money that's going to be!

The bottom line is we can believe all the press released by John Darrah to be true except, for the ones he was misled by Bootes wich only is the first couple releases with reguards to the closing of the acquisition of Hidalgo Mining company! The press released by Bootes is the false ones!

What a bunch of garble. Does anyone on this board due diligence on these companies. Does anyone ask Darah what due diligence he did before aligning with Bootes? I bet you he does even know where the properties are, has never gone down and inspected, talked to officials nothing. So why in the world should he be exempt here from fallout. And what about SBMI and CMM, does anyone know that background. Hey, I lost money too but most of you throw it out the window when you follow the blind. YOU WANT ANSWERS???????
