I actually think this is a good discussion and highlights the difference in interpreting the data. With no wish to offend anybody, I see the sides as either downplaying the impact or highlighting the impact with the truth somewhere in between. Wish we could get our hands on the actual "spam" as we then could attempt to discuss the data civilly from both sides :)

It occurs to me though there has been talk of contact with AAPU's lawyers. I was wondering which firm that might be. There had been a firm mentioned in the past, but in 12/06 I believe, a new firm had been retained. Who are they?
