Actually now that I think about it when I get back from vacation in a week I may call the SEC to see what progress has been made on AAPU. If the company is trying to clear up matters here I am assuming the SEC must have something on record.
On can argue a general term "spam" based on the press release and another can argue a general term "adequacy/accuracy of PRs relating to assets and operations" based on the actual litigation.
Tiki's point is closer to the level of the issue expressed in litigation resulting from the spam campaign. If someone could actually get a hold of the "spam" info regarding AAPU, you could attempt to merge the 2 into a closer approximation of the issues AAPU needs to resolve.
