CC, with respect, I don't think that is right. Isn't the A/S 2B and the common O/S 1.75B and the PFD O/S at .25B ??

You are correct that we do not know the float since we do not know where shares are held and the TA is gagged.

There is no question public float is much much lower than 1.75 billion OS, trading volume speaks for itself. But I have a feeling we will not make August 1st deadline to be "Current Information" as they have not released all the details about the share structure, as we have not seen 1Q 2007 numbers and I don't see any indication they will release 2Q number by August 15th to stay current after August 1st. I hope I am wrong though.

I only understand what I see in pinksheets. To comment on the float would be to mislead people, as you, nor I, know how many shares are available for trade. The only number we see is O/S is 1.75 Billion. I feel safer using that number then everyone elses "it's definately lower" number.
