teetee , do you see any indication that they will NOT provide the quarterly reports to pinksheets?...i mean , what do you want them to do to "indicate"that they will do so? ...
email response from pink sheet: "You are correct. In order for PBLS to be considered for the “current information category” they would need to file their 1Q financials and to stay in the category, must file there 2Q financials by August 15th, both accompanied by an attorney letter. Quarterly and Interim financials will need to filed in a timely manner for a company to stay in “current information.” If you have any other questions about the categories system please let me know.
