You understand that the 1.75B cloud is the OS right? You also know that this includes all shares issued right? This has nothing to do with the float which will propel a run. All the preferred, restricted and otherwise are included in the OS if they were used for some purpose...or issued. The float may not be that big and tradable shares might be getting scarce. We should find out "soon"...or so.
