Are you alleging that Drago v. Vucicevich, et al was brought with allegations which are frivolous and have no merit, and that the plaintiff AND his legal counsel had reason to know the claim had no merit when they brought the lawsuit? Since they very much parallel the allegations of the OSC Complaint, does this mean that you also consider the OSC proceeding "frivolous".
Definition of Frivolous Lawsuit: Frivolous litigation is a legal claim or defense presented even though the party and the party's legal counsel had reason to know that the claim or defense had no merit.
Is this what you are accusing Mr. Drago, the rest of the class, and our lawyers of doing? You should be ashamed. This is a very serious allegation on your part. I have forwarded your posts claiming same to the attorneys for the plaintiff.
