It is IMO a frivolous lawsuit filed against SLJB...I can express my opinion on

these matters whether it makes you whine or not...Do you really believe I can be

scared into not voicing my opinion about my investment on this board by impotent

threats of forwarding my opinions to whomever you desire...LOL

You might as well put me in that too jannie, it's frivolous as there are no charges of guilt, even up to now - it's all allegations and no one has proof that anything wrong was done in the eyes of the law, the OSC or the SEC. If charges are ever brought THEN it's not frivolous as there are substantiated claims of wrong-doing. Till then IMO
