NOTICE TO POTENTIAL NEW INVESTORS: Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (SLJB) is the subject of a current investigation and regulatory proceeding by the Ontario Securities Commission, which has placed a trade halt on the stock in Ontario which has been in effect for the past several months; the allegations by the OSC include securities fraud, false claims in press releases; and directing trading of unregistered shares and manipulating the share price through nominee trading accounts; in addition, there is an inquiry being led by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission into the company; in addition, there is an active civil class action lawsuit filed against the company and its principals based on the same or similar allegations as brought by the Ontario Securities Commission, Drago v. Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Peter Vucicevich, et al., Case No. 0:07-cv-60072-MGC, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, which is currently in discovery phase. There are some on this message board who would attempt to make it appear that the Drago lawsuit is "frivolous"; however there has been no motion by the defendnats to have the lawsuit dismissed or declared "frivolous" by the courts, so any such claim is a total mischaracterization of the current legal status of the class action lawsuit, which is active and pending and proceeding in a regular fashion.
