Red, please tell me how Harrows operations can possibly be handled from the Sams ONE little warehouse with no additional employees? And they did this in the middle of the construction season too!!! Do you think business was that BAD at Harrow???
Actually it cripples area operations. If you look at a map with roads and factor in the competitors locations you will understand how very serious this closure really is. Suljas locations that are still going to be open are 5 minutes apart and close to Windsor they have major competition and are no customer base. The old location had built in customers due to location and years of history. If Harrow is failing then they are in serious trouble i believe. With out Harrow the sales office is not needed and will probably be closed i figure. Sams is quite a bit smaller than Harrow and shares the space with another business (SBT construction) and a home as the land is a farm, not a lumber yard.
Essentially without Harrow, Sulja is a drywall supply shop and a sales office for it 5 minutes away both on rented land.
