Rob, one possible scenario, and simply

an opinion.

1. ISP's get sold, we already know that, no big deal, worthless. Won't effect pps, imo.

2. CloseCall/AFN next in line, supposedly, again, no big deal, won't effect pps MUCH at all.

3. Kite/Davel forced into sale, may have adverse pps effect, dunno. Bottom line, no IPO for all those still holding on w/some kind of hope.

4. Cornell, when will they actually be out of the picture? Sequence of above events will determine how pps will play out.

5. Jay goes bye-bye, as in for good. How it effects pps, will remain to be determined upon above sequence of events taking place.

AIMHO, could be dead wrong...
