I think I figured out part the seti problem.... I let the unit run till completion. When it started a new unit, it was obviously ripping along at a much faster rate. I launched ASUS probe and SETI obviously slowed down. Now, when I relaunch seti, it goes back to the unit it was working on.... and continues at a snails pace even if I uninstall it and reinstall it. Very starnge.
