You really do seem to have a problem accepting FACTS imo.

The material evidence has already been produced to the OSC, and part of it already made public for all to see, i.e. Petar's admission during RCMP taped interview that he directed trading in the nominee accounts and manipulated the share price in doing so, and the nominee account statements, which speak for themselves. And by the way, neither the OSC nor the SEC deal in speculation. LOL

Again, will you admit deliberate wrongdoing by the company and its principals if same is admitted as terms of a settlement with the OSC???? Let me make it easy for you to answer:

part of the proported Red Sea deal was their giving $25,000,000 to SLJB to facilitate the joint business in Dubai (and 25% of SLJB). That went away when SLJB (PV/Steve?) thought Red Sea/Wessal wanted too much control over SLJB. (what to believe?) there was also a $600+ million hotel deal over there w/land costing something like $27 mil. Then there were the "Home Depot"-type up-scale outlets over there (3, i think). ...and the truss building facility and the supply yards to service the Gulf of Mexico area (post Katrina). ...but then PV got cold feet about putting his Consultech into the SLJB shell as had been PR'd all along.
