No one knows for certain the validity and/or weight of any of the known issues you have brought up here except for those involved directly with the OSC investigation. Everything you've posted about these things are speculation and opinion until the time of resolution in this OSC investigation.

That's not my opinion, that's just the way it is. We all have to wait for the OSC investigation. Yes there was PR retraction. However, again: the validity and/or weight of that and other issues IS pending.

This is why we have the OSC and SEC. Otherwise everything would just be determined by public message board lynch mobs/popularity contests. Thank goodness that's not the case.

There is no eternally damning event against SLJB so far and no matter how much you speculate you will not produce material evidence of such on this message board.

What part of being a problem dont you understand?
- retracted Press Releases
- OSC investigation
- SEC inquiry
- failure to deliver audited financials.
- auditing firms claiming no involvement with Sulja
- Wessal "disappearing"
- Red Sea who?
- etc. etc.
