You have two programs running that you don't need at startup. One is 3-deep. Once it is setup, the only time you will ever need it is when you are playing a video game that has a lot of dark corners in it that you want to see.
Go to Ace>optimize>Autostart Manager and uncheck 3-Deep and jusched.exe then reboot. SETI should run much faster.
As for the temps, 50 deg is about your limit. 52 is OK for a few minutes and 55+ is hazardous to your CPU. The problem is that wussy assed AMD heat sink. You can pickup a few deg by installing a case fan to blow outside air on the CPU or you can pickup a SLK 900A and a case fan and pickup about 10 deg.
