Up over 400% since the first of the year - that doesn't say anything untoward to me. It might to those that missed the run LOL!!!
Well, this says it all "It is not my DD, but I just happen to believe it.". Can you really know what's going on behind the scenes? Speculations without facts are rumors or allegations - the same kind that got SLJB in trouble and will soon be cleared for the most part imo. Rumor mill and this is todays rumor. I'll be glad when the OSC chit is settled and then we'll all know where we stand.

You'd like details, we'd all like details. The details we get are from SLJB IR, SLJB PR's and from looking into the facts presented in the world in front of us. Things can be settled legally and privately without you being able to go in and find anything on "google" about it. I'll accept your acknowledgement any time.

You really shouldn't get so wrapped around the axel regarding these legal statements (and they are "legal statements") made in SLJB PR's. Just relax and realize that the "long" awaited AF's are coming.

Sand, ur grasping at straws again...

When was the PR re; PV's employment status issued? Was it before SLJB's PR denying the validity of prior PRs?

If PV hasn't re-filed, why is that? I think we can at least agree he has a valid complaint, to say the least. The only likely reason he hasn't is that, as a part of SLJB, his action would conflict w/ actions contemplated by the company.
