Grande, Ok, here goes. And, I also challenge you to check with the courts to prove this wrong. Sorry, you are drawing conclusions devoid of logic.

This is what I hear... call it a rumor, no problem. It is hearsay, obviously, but since we're discussing it... this is what I heard. Take it for what it's worth, but if you are a critical-thinker, you may want to check this out. It may speak to the accuracy of where you get your info:

1. SLJB (the company) never filed a suit. To settle, I'm pretty sure a suit has to have been filed in the first place. Hello?

2. PV did file a suit. We all know this. He is not a member of management of SLJB (pr a PR). Therefore, SLJB IR should not be issuing PRs under the guise of THE COMPANY when they're actually referring to an individual lawsuit filed by a non-management member (i.e. not a "company" suit). Now, we've got that point out of the way.

3. The PV suit is now moot. It was not served correctly; It was served to the wrong person. Furthermore, Jacobs is not the correct name. There was initially a default judgment in service only. But since it was served to the wrong person, it is moot now. It needs to be a) re-filed, and b) the plaintiff also has to amend the suit. None of which has been done. There is NO active suit at this time until such described actions by the plaintiff are taken. That is what I have heard 2nd-hand, obviously.

So, you tell me... what factual success has been had???

I'm trying to get detailed with you. But you refuse. If you know of another suit, then spit it out. Step up, please. Tell me how #2 above is incorrect. I want to hear WHY. Also, I would LOVE for you to contact the court system and prove #3 incorrect. Don't you want the truth? I stand ready to admit that this rumor is wrong. It is not my DD, but I just happen to believe it. Prove it wrong, I ask you.
