jlbauer, since you'll apparently have JC's ear, if you're willing press him to answer the question of exactly when AMEP "...will be communicating with stockholders" and what issue(s) will be addressed.
I maintain my view that it's prudent for all shareholders to put pressure on these guys now. For JC to ask for patience and imply they haven't "...had an opportunity to present the facts" is a continuation of the same BS of the past two years. There's no good reason to be patient with deceit.
maybe that azz should have held the RS issue in the dark also instead of letting us hang to dry while they figure out what they want to do. just another avoidable mistake c/o JC and CB.
I'm sorry, I've read this supposed email response from JC and I'm not impressed so far. What exactly does this statement try to convey ... "There is a lot of misunderstanding floating around because we have to stay in compliance and the chat rooms do not have any standards to meet." ??
The first part ... "There is a lot of misunderstanding floating around ..." OK yes I agree!
The first combined with a few more words ... "There is a lot of misunderstanding floating around because we have to stay in compliance" - does this mean AMEP as a corp. cannot communicate with us because of SEC compliance issues (this could be possible as I don't know when a company must be in a quiet period)
The last part "... and the chat rooms do not have any standards to meet." Well that is mostly true but has nothing to do with the first part which talks about misunderstandings.
So what I understand from the statement is AMEP cannot communicate with shareholders in order to be in compliance with the SEC.
