jlbauer, instead of sending a report to any individual, how about posting a message here for all to know what is/was said in conversation with JC. If all pertinent information is shared openly, the more cohesive we shareholders can be in our choices, individually and collectively. JC (and others) are using the method of divide & conquer. He is attempting to make an individual feel special by giving personal attention. What is obviously needed is public disclosure by AMEP, along with action that enhances value for all shareholders.

In addition to my having sent an email to the company and individual addresses, I'll now also fax and call the numbers I know of to give them a piece of my mind. Suggest others consider doing the same. There is power in numbers.
