Sally, maybe so, but I don't think it takes legal expertise to know if they won a lawsuit or not. That PR doesn't ring true to the reader who interprets it in a normal sense the way most people do. That much seems clear to me. Whether there is or isn't more to the story, you may be right. No way to tell. But the general tone of that PR hasn't been validated.
In fact, I don't recall ANY lawsuit at all by "SLJB" or "Sulja Bros" at all, or related companies, do you? Seriously, do you? Has anyone seen one? If not, then what the heck was that PR referring to?
