Our company is indeed in discussions with Hidalgo Mining to purchase their outstanding shares for $2.15 per share. The terms of the deal will be clarified shortly when Hidalgo issues a press release next week. The deal is currently in the due diligence phase and we expect to conclude this transaction by the third quarter of 2007 "
The reason why these people have never gotten a response is quite simple. These bashers never e-mailed or phoned them. I have talked with the people at hmit several times by phone. You know how I did it? I called them. These people that make negative statements are only interested in one thing. Bashing the stock. The positives on this board will be in the money starting,hopefully, by the end of this week. Onward and upward.
