"I would like to know if it's true what news HMIT has published publically about this company purchasing HMIT for $2.15 per share ? What assets does HMIT have making them worth $2.15 per share. Please advise. Thanks,"

"Dear Sir,

Our company is indeed in discussions with Hidalgo Mining to purchase their outstanding shares for $2.15 per share. The terms of the deal will be clarified shortly when Hidalgo issues a press release next week. The deal is currently in the due diligence phase and we expect to conclude this transaction by the third quarter of 2007 "
