Stevo thanks for the posts...but I did my DD on Scozzafava family, Wisebuys, and their cohabitation with 5 KB stores...not much of a partnership right now..but if they expand...it will be beautiful...I live in Hanau, Germany...and have access to many a database....if Seaway exists it's foreign from like another planet foreign...maybe it's australian...but it's not European and It's not British...you'd have to live here to get that one...but I'll be patient...my B.S. flag is at half mast...and hope is still on the furnace...trying to simmer to confidence...For me unresearchable are facts are just like fiction...

Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time to read, and hopefully reply to my email. I am look to find out if the information posted concerning Seaway Capital buying GS Carbon has validity . As a longtime shareholder in GS Carbon I am just looking to see which of the two rumors, a scam or the press releases concerning your company are true. I do not wish any information that could be considered insider, just conformation concerning the purchase of GS Carbon as a new shell company for Seaway Capital.
