Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time to read, and hopefully reply to my email. I am look to find out if the information posted concerning Seaway Capital buying GS Carbon has validity . As a longtime shareholder in GS Carbon I am just looking to see which of the two rumors, a scam or the press releases concerning your company are true. I do not wish any information that could be considered insider, just conformation concerning the purchase of GS Carbon as a new shell company for Seaway Capital.
