Whatever happened to the "Rainmaker?" The dude who started all this hype with all the hype of this company...he faded like a champ when this started to bite it....Dude had so much insight it was like he had the press releases before they even came out.

I'm an MBA student right now...I've done extensive research on LexisNexis and Company and Business Resource Center...and I can't find jack about Seaway Capital as far as Tax Returns, 10-K. Anyone find out more info on Seaway Capital (That's not on their rudimentary website)....please hook me up with the link....
I like doing research on my losing investments so I can see the signs in my future losses...I mean investments.
