billion$- It may very well be a scam, who knows. I don't have a crystal ball here. OTC is full of crooks anyway.

At the end of the day what will matter to the pps is the capital and share structure of the new company. Only the management of that company knows what they want to do. No one can read their mind. They can structure everything in a way that all investors will win and the pps will significantly appreciate from here. if they are real crooks they can strcture it in a way that current share holders will be screwed bigtime. Share and finacial strcture can be done both way and legit. One has to wait and see next week.

All that I'm thinking loud is it's worth the risk/reward potential here.

I won't be surprised if each share now that is worth $0.01 is worth $1.00, $0.10 or $0.0001 in a months time. It can go either way.

It all depends upon the managament, share structure of the new company and the terms of the money they will raise.

My gut says we will be up from here and may be a lot up.

But with all these shares coming out of no-where is a big mystery that I'm trying to solve, just as a achallenge nothing else.
