If the answer is not the speed, then I don’t know what it is.

Can a project based on yeast mushroom into a commercial product as fast as a project based on mushrooms can mushroom into one? :-)

p.s. I’m not a brewer or a baker, so I will defer to you on all matters pertaining to yeast :-)
