Your USSE summary makes it sound like USSE gets the sales of carbon and biogas. Not true. SSTP has the exclusive rights to all products and biproducts and well as actual plant sales. So those additional sales' profits would be split as well.

Since the asset is impaired (restricted) a conservative value would be 60% of market, a more aggressive valuation would be 75%.

They are long term, but my impression of accounting is that it's fleeting. Remember the famous punchline, "What do you want it to be?"
