Im sorry flat I dont see it the same way as you do,

How would you think that a share is worth .04 a good price when less than a year ago we were at 1.60,

Now I could see 1.55 being a good price per share,
Not .04
I could even say that .30 would be good to someone who had purchaced cheap,

But not .04
