Notice the silence from the RR/RRGI rahrah crowd? Thousands and thousands of cheery Buybuybuybuy posts...very quiet now that absolutely NONE of the shareprice projections have been met for many months.

If I may, I think he sees two "plans", one being the insiders plan to slowly and carefully sell off shares because they believe they are on a sinking ship, and another being the plans of daytraders and how they manipulate the price into profitable runs then dump everything and wait for it to plummet again. Wash, rinse, repeat, I think that's how it goes.
