The OSC is leading the investigation because Petar and Steve are Canadian and the the underlying assets are all in Canada.

The OSC will be sharing all of their information to the SEC.

Sulja announced themselved that they are under investigation by the SEC.

I wonder why the SEC has never contacted SLJB or their Lawyers for any info or Docs.

If the SEC never contacted the company or its lawyers, then what prompted the company to state in a press release that there was an SEC inquiry underway?
