I take that as a very good sign. Like I said before if money was taken for personal use it would be very easy for the SEC to trace. This whole thing revolves around presumed false PR's of cement deals and bogus AF's back in Nov. What if their are Doc.'s to show proof of cement deals and proof that KPMG in the ME was given money to do the AF's. What do you think the OSC would do????

If the SEC never contacted the company or its lawyers, then what prompted the company to state in a press release that there was an SEC inquiry underway?

And that they were "cooperating" with it...
