I'm no expert, but I believe it is 12 months from the date when the debenture is converted and the restricted shares are issued (the date on the share certificate.)

OK Just got off the phone with Marcy at SEVU and she confirmed that it is one year from when your certificate was issued. The original date on the cert is in the upper left hand corner. The Hag
