I have a hunch that's incorrect, but it's not my place to say. The Debenture clearly states the term. Also, we didn't have any control over when their Transfer Agent printed the certificates. Finally, SEVU received our funds on the date of the Debenture.
I've got to run for now. Time to go see Charlie's Angels!!
