It's O K to tolerate WINDBAGS if they don't break the law. They are humorous and harmless. But in Mel's case .. he is BAD NEWS !!! Selling unregistered shares privately from out of your briefcase in a coffee shop is a BIIIIIG NO NO !!!!!
