Major: I don't think your standard is the right one for providing/hiding information. Do not make the mistake of allowing people to supplement their judgement for your own or you supplanting theirs, and make no assumptions about what people know, should know, or need to know.
Always error on the side of NOT EDITING information (or hiding it) from the public. This should be obvious. Especially for people who "at one time" were helping Paul Taylor greatly. They should not be n a position to make judgements today about what people should know or have access. In fact, I find their desire to EDIT very troubling, knowing their past. I would think they would want NO CONTROL over this board, so no one could call them into question when they do Paul a favor.
Especially with this in a court with a soon to be appointed trustee and potential shareholder rep.
This is a "courtesy" to someone who everyone alleges is a fraud, because he's not continuing the fraud now?
Quite an interesting standard. That doesn't even pass the first sniff test.
There are many people who had no idea this was in BK court. Now knowing, they may want further information to take action. All addresses of all parties, including past executives and 'consultants' are important. Especially considering the claims Marco and RCA are making against these people. I have old PM and messages from people who wanted to take action here and were just waiting for an opportunity. They have no idea of this BK. This is their chance. I will have someone attempt to contact each person. The RB board symbol has already been corrected. Let's see who's still around. The BK trustee can also do a mailing to each shareholder if a proper demand is made and Marco's claims hold water.
Please do not argue in favor of providing roadblocks while this unfolds.
