I don't know if Paul Taylor is a bad guy, a good guy, or just a pawn.
I am interested in the case more because of events that occurred after the issuance of the press releases.
I understand that there may be people who feel victimized by the company, etc., and as I do with everyone I know has a potential claim against anyone, I tell them to pursue it if they feel it has merit and not to be complacent. If there are fraud victims here, they have an action they can join, they have a case they can file a one page document called a proof of claim in, they have a United States Trustee to write to, and if the bankruptcy goes through a trustee to contact. I encourage them to do what they have to do.
